I see this for all subclasses of TextBoxBase (TextBox, PasswordTextBox, TextArea) , on Fedora Linux 13 x86, eclipse 3.6, GWT 2.1.0M3; and, like 'umemy' noted, manually adding the components to the java file results in an exception because of not finding *.wbp- component.xml. -- Wayne
