GWT is design primarily for web apps, like GMail, Google Reader,
Google Docs (it's made of several "sub web apps"), etc. (though none
of them is made with GWT)
The new Twitter UI is also a single-page web app, and so is Facebook
(there can have different URLs as a starting point, but then it's a
single-page web app, or almost)
