Hi Guarav, If you haven't already, try out the sample app you can download from http://code.google.com/webtoolkit/doc/trunk/DevGuideMvpActivitiesAndPlaces.html. It's a trivial example, but when you click the link, you can see the GoodbyePlace appear on the URL. Try the back button, reload, bookmark, etc. from there to see why Places are useful. The HelloPlace does not appear on the URL because it's the default place.
