Please try reading the last paragraph of my post again where I note
that I can use copy and paste and refer to the annoyance of my default
browser popping up. When I run my app. in dev mode, GWT starts my
default browser (FF4) raising a window covering basically the entire
screen. I then have to find the GWT window to copy the URL and my
Chrome browser to paste it. It is all very time consuming. So I want
to either switch the browser that GWT will use or prevent it from
launching my default browser.

I do not want to use Chrome as the default browser on my system and I
can't use FF4 with GWT because the plug-in is not available for FF4.
Since I'm working with WebGL, FF3 is insufficient.
