Hello every one I am working on a web-based proxy using GWT (similar to php proxy) anyway , the idea is quite simple Get the URL from the user , make the server fetch it , change the HTML and send it back to the client Now I have encountered a problem which is how to send the images back to the client? I have thought of two possible ways: 1-Store them in the server and change their src to MyURL/img.xxx 2-Send them back to the client The first option will over load the server (I think?!) The second option is not possible because as far as I know it is not possible to do File IO in the client side , or is it? I need your help Thank you very much ps: I think I will get a similar problem with flash , (e.g. flash videos in youtube)
