Thanks John,

GWT 2.1.1 doesn't support the colspan requirement I have (unless it's
different in GWT 2.2). I know if the Headers equal (object reference)
each other 2.1.1 spans the Header across both columns; however I need
a Header with multiple rows and only one of the rows is spanned; the
other not - so spanning the whole Header across both columns IMO is
not the solution I seek.

I'll raise an issue for the nested table in a Header though.
