Maybe you could then pass a SafeHtmlRenderer to the constructor of ClickableTextCell/TextCell, that uses SafeHtmlUtils.fromTrustedString (instead of relying on the SimpleSafeHtmlRenderer that's used by default with the no-arg constructor, that uses SafeHtmlUtils.fromString)
