Hi all, I've been working on a GWT project for a while now and just noticed the requirement to use $entry(...) to wrap entry points into GWT. I haven't been doing this now and haven't noticed any ill effects. What's the purpose and importance of doing this?
(I'm not just asking out of curiosity. Our product is getting ready to ship so we're locked down against any changes that aren't major bugs.) Oh, and if it matters I'm currently on GWT 2.0.4.
