I'm now seeing the following version: GWT Developer Plugin - Version: 1.0.9639 A plugin to enable debugging with GWT's Development Mode ID: jpjpnpmbddbjkfaccnmhnkdgjideieim Unfortunately, it is exhibiting the exact same behavior. In other words, I'm still getting the prompt to install the plug-in. A restart of Chrome did not help.
