Tu peux utiliser
  - com.google.gwt.core.client.GWT.isProdMode(), ou
  - com.google.gwt.core.client.GWT.isScript()

Si quelqu'un pouvait m'expliquer la différence entre les deux
d'ailleurs ... :)
