I am trying to create a gwt front end that communicates with a c# web service. I notice that whenever i try to use web services in a gwt project that the java.rmi.Remote class is not supported in gwt. I have been trying to look around for solutions but have had trouble finding a resolution. I understand that gwt doesn't support that class but why doesn't it support it and is there a way around it.
