1) if content comes from client may be you'll want to show it in a
div...

2) if content comes from server-side pass the url and serve it through
a servlet

3) if you really need a new window (and document) to fill by your own
may be it can be done writing some native js

open method returns the new window

    var otherWin = $win.open("","_blank",
"location=0,menubar=0,toolbar=0")

document or body are accessible through

   otherWin.document.body ...
