you should check your module file
if you have used this pattern <module rename-to="thinpost">
then your module name is now reffered to as thinpost (thinpost is just
an example)
so the servlet mapping would look like the following
<servlet-mapping>
<servlet-name>thinpostService</servlet-name>
<url-pattern>thinpost/welcome</url-pattern>
</servlet-mapping>
and don't forget to add the annotation
@RemoteServiceRelativePath("welcome") on the top of the interface
ThinpostService.java
then compile your project and run it again.
