Seth, Thanks.. You were right about the wrong zip file. (Too many acronyms) I did download from the link you suggested and this time the install function detected the availability. However I still end up with a report stating that required items could not be found. I tried installing just the GWT as well and this did not work. On the issue of network problems I am using an unlimited version of Verizon FIOS and never had any problems with the network ( I day trade extensively and download large files quite often) I have stopped and started the computer many times and nothing seems to change the scenario.
At this point I am thinking there must be something wrong with Eclipse and I will try a re install to see if I can get a different result. Thanks again.
