OK, I just started from scratch and got the same error. I first installed Eclipse 3.6.2 (J2EE edition), then installed WindowBuilder, and then the GWT and GAE plugins. I have a blank Eclipse workspace and tried to create a new project by selected File->New->Other. In the dialog I selected WindowBuilder->GWT Designer->GWT UiBinder- >Composite.
The following error appears: You need at least GWT 2.1M4 for UiBinder visual editing. It doesn't let me proceed any further.
