I'm creating a new GWT application for App Engine and I find that GWT
Builder is missing from the list of builders.
GWT Builder is required for the GWT Remote Service wizard to function
properly.
I manually added this to my .profile
<buildCommand>
<name>com.google.gdt.eclipse.designer.GWTBuilder</name>
<arguments>
</arguments>
</buildCommand>
and
<nature>com.google.gdt.eclipse.designer.GWTNature</nature>
That seemed to fix the Remote Service wizard.
