Unfortunately, that option no longer works in GWT 2.2 and above, so we are replacing it with an implementation of Beans.isDesignTime()<http://gwt-code-reviews.appspot.com/1443802/>in GWT 2.4 <http://code.google.com/eclipse/beta/docs/download.html>.
