Dear Team, Any ideas on how i can open and edit a word document on the GWT client side,am currently only able to convert an object on the server side into xml,then using a third party tool Winward reports which has tags mapped into the xml data source,then downloading the document for user viewing. What happens is word templates and xml files are stored on the server side, i pass an id from the client side to a servlet which uses the winward reports library to map data from the xml datasource to the the tags in the word document and the download the document onto the client machine.
However i need to have this document edited on the client side,instead of downloading this doc,i want to have it open on the client side for editing.
