Take the Firefox plugin https://dl-ssl.google.com/gwt/plugins/firefox/gwt-dev-plugin.xpi
Install it in Firefox. Set Opera plugin directory to FF plugins, so it can take it there. That's all. You can do it manually. XPI is a zip file.
