Sachin,
After I installed GWT locally, I installed WindowsBuilder from here:
http://code.google.com/javadevtools/download-wbpro.html

And to deploy, you should be able to:
right click on your client java source file
click on Google Web Toolkit at the top of the list
click on Deploy Module
