Hullo - I need to create an image of a composite created mainly using drag-and-drop operations with gwt-dnd (so no canvases) on the server-side. No problems with serializing the data etc. as they form part of my data model, but I'd like to exploit the client-side imageresources, so that in the future, I'll have no issues if any of them changes.
Ideally, I'd love a way to fo something like BufferedImage image = ImageIO.read(new URL(MarkerBundle.INSTANCE .circleL().getSafeUri().asString())); but I understand I'd need to re-cut it and re-crop it as I'd be getting the sprite image from the getSafeUri() call above. Has anyone ever needed to do the same? Any ideas? Emp PS - what I'd -really- love is a way to take a screenshot of the browser window and serialize it to the server as an image, but I understand we're in no-go zone here... correct me if I'm wrong. -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Google Web Toolkit" group.
