I am having a problem with deferred binding for Chrome.
This is an extract from my gwt.xml module definition:-

This works well for FF and IE but Chrome has the default
CellHeightCalculatorImpl instantiated.
Any pointers to what I am doing wrong?
GWT2.3, Chrome 17.0.963.46.
