I *think* you can take the first one. It may even install the latest. If not, from the Eclipse Help menu, select "Check for Updates".
I just ran "Check for Updates" on my Linux workstation and Windows laptops and got several updates newer than either of the lists you show, and I've used http://dl.google.com/eclipse/plugin/3.7 when I first installed Eclipse 3.7.
