i found my problem
By creating the callback function outside the requestObject() ----> not
like requestObject(new Async...(..) )
*AsyncCallback* abc= new *AsyncCallback* <JavaScriptObject> {}
and this way i set the object name with the parameter name
jsonp.setCallbackParam("json.wrf=abc");
