I have a page with several components - one being a small scrollable widget. When I scroll down to a given position and then refresh my page, the scroll position is retained. I've noticed this before and have not thought much of it as the effect has always been fairly benign. However, I now how a scroll panel with a scroll handler that loads additional data and it now appears that a browser refresh is also triggering the call for additional data. I could code around this behavior but would rather not see this retained state on refresh.
