First scenario i'm using this link  
http://dtwtest02:8080/Enforcements/launch.html#Login which is working 
perfectly, but i want to have something like this 
http://dtwtest02:8080/Enforcements/launch.html?casenum=95669&qname=BIA-Central-T1&stepname=DEPTRESP#bpm
 
which is another way to access the application via a link sent to the email
