I've got exactly the same problems using Chrome 24. The problem also existed with the beta versions of Chrome 24. I can reproduce the problem using Linux as well as Windows.
To see the problem in action, you can log in at https://www.agreedo.com and create a "New Meeting", where you will see the bouncing box. Robert.
