Anybody aware of this issue? What is the resolution for this?

I also verified that the popup is not showing up in the roughian
page, http://examples.roughian.com/index.htm#Widgets~PopupPanel

Can someone help me fix this issue?

Why people write HTML messages and fail to make links we can just click? :-)
(A too common minor annoyance.)

Anyway, I tried the page above, in Firefox it works without problem, and in IE9 (Windows 7), indeed it grays out the page but doesn't show the popup (not a real one, a simple div).
But then, IE shows a message about going into compatibility mode.
If I do that, and reload the page, I get the popup to work.
Apparently, the GWT application needs a IE9 target...
