Are there any benchmarks of emulator vs specific device performance? Emulator on Windows vs Linux with the same hardware / win/lin on amd vs intel? A table like : CPU | OS | Emulator | real hardware
One of the key things I am looking for is indicators of if the 6 core and 8 core AMD CPU's might get better performance than the more expensive 4 core Intel i7 CPU. Most win/lin benchmarks seem to show the AMD's are better for performance / $ than the intel but overall not quite as good brute force performance. I am hoping to see if the extra AMD cores result in better overall performance with the emulators since it is inherently a more intense multitasking setup.
