Check if dashboard/dashboard.nocache.js<https://google-web-toolkit.googlegroups.com/attach/31b4b30a48caec9/dashboard/dashboard.nocache.js>can be loaded from your server. Using Chrome and its DevTools or FireFox with FireBug you can see network requests and if any of them fails with a 404 not found.
