Hi. Eclipse stopped complaining, indeed. I missed, that it can be unchecked. However, I met additional problem. At the end I got compilation error, because compiler cannot find any classes from the other projects, even project packages. Projects are added to Java buildpath. I've removed whole generated content from the output directory, because I thought that maybe some cache is messing up, but it didn't help.
