OK, so i finally managed to get it working. This is my solution:
<servlet-mapping>
<servlet-name>springGwtRemoteServiceServlet</servlet-name>
<url-pattern>userConsole/springGwtServices/*</url-pattern>
</servlet-mapping>
@RemoteServiceRelativePath("springGwtServices/GestionUserService")
