I was needing a lightweight crypto library for GWT so I have made a wrapper of the excellent Stanford Javascript Crypto Library http://crypto.stanford.edu/sjcl/
The project page is http://code.google.com/p/gwtsjcl/ Besides encryption it also support utilities related to hash, codecs, etc like for example sha256, base64, hex, bitarray, utf8, JSON, random number generators, etc. It is very small and efficient.
