I haven't seen a recent definitive answer to this question: Can I develop GWT applications with Java SE, or do I need to install Java EE. I have been developing GWT applications for about a year using EE, but I am doing a clean install on a new machine, and I like to keep things simple as possible so I would like to use only SE if possible. Also, It looks like I can now use the most recent version of Java, 1.7. Is this true? Many thanks!
