I don't think Google charts actually makes requests in general usage. You may 
be able to download the js files and use them. You should first check and see 
if that it's acceptable in their terms of use. I have never tried it myself. 
There was an old version where images were rendered on Google servers but I 
don't think that it's still the case. This may also break the gwt bindings out 
there but Google charts is really nice and it would be worth the effort.
