I have the solution.
I put the method that repaint de FlowPanel in the onDragStop event.

addDragStopHandler(new DragStopEvent.DragStopEventHandler() {
            
            @Override
            public void onDragStop(DragStopEvent event) {
                
                GWT.log("AreesPanel#onDragStop");
                DRGUtils.loadArbre(eventBus);
            }
        });
