Sorry but then you haven't really read the docs ;-)

Copy and paste from the docs:

As your browser.engine property is not single valued and does not have 
true/false as values you can not use it with @if. Thats why I said you 
would need to create GWT properties named IS_WEBKIT or similar that are 
either true or false.
