With all due respect, I think both the UI and the CCR reference need to be
updated with respect to Status. This looks to me like a case of 'relational
mindset misapplied to hierarchical model' or something like that. The fact
that 'Status' appears in two locations does not mean that its acceptable
values should be the same in both.

What would 'Resolved' mean with respect to Medication/Status? At best, I
can imagine it referring to the problem what was the reason the medication
was prescribed / being taken in the first place. But that's certainly not
the only reason a medication would be discontinued. How about 'allergic
reaction', for example?

And with respect to Procedure/Status, none of 'active', 'inactive', or
'resolved' make any sense to me unless you're trying to convey real-time
information about a combination of the procedure itself that the condition
that caused it to be undertaken.

Just my $0.02. Maybe someone can 'splain me'.

HTH,
Bill
