I think there's an error in the last example on the best practices
page:

The user will see "Diabetes, Type 2" as the primary string and
"DIABETES TYPE II W MANIF NOS-UNCONTRLLD" underneath it as the
secondary string.
My guess would be that the text-element should contain "DIABETES TYPE
II W MANIF NOS-UNCONTRLLD", not "GLYBURIDE 2.5 MG TAB".
