I know it is US only, unfortunately. In the Netherlands each hospital has its own electronic patient file system, so there is no communication. The government is working on a nationwide system, which will be just some sort of Google Health ripp of but with unlimited rights to farmacists, hospitals etc. I prefer the idea to make patients in charge of their own medical records again. Most patient I see do not know anything about their own health, and most doctors keep it that way. I realy love the idea of Google health, and if it is just a US only project, I will have to get into it more to start my own project. To my opinion the moment to introduce a system as Google Health would be now, before a governemt driver system will fail (again after spending billions). Is Google Health an open project btw? Is ther source code I may use?
