Hi- I noticed that the vital sign CCR xml provides the vital signs without any date they were recorded. The CCR doesn't seem to have a place for vital sign date. Is it possible to include a date, since this is useful both for height and weight (i.e. for children, to be able to show growth charts; for adults trying to lose weight)?
I also read that posting notices allows certain HTML tags, but it appears this list should include < form > and < input >, which are not listed - also by design or should they work?
