H9 (/h9) mirrors Google Health (/health). You won't be to hit /health until your domain(s) are registered for it. That is one of the final steps for integration: http://code.google.com/intl/ru/apis/health/third_party_overview.html
For now, please test with your registered domains on /h9. You should be able to do everything you need to.
