You're absolutely right.  I'm seeing Active,
ACTIVE, and RESOLVED.  There's no Inactive.
I'll make sure that gets fixed.

Sorry for the discrepancies.  As you can imagine,
CCR is quite the beast and in general, you should
trust whatever the API is returning.
