I'm trying to post a CCR which has <ExactDateTime>2009-08-04</ ExactDateTime>. I'm getting a parse error returned from GH saying "Cannot parse date [null]:2009-08-04".
I believe this is OK according to ISO 8601? But GH won't accept it?
