Jim, Unfortunately I've noticed the ratio of questions to answers is pretty high - with very few answers (especially in the last year) coming from a Google developer. This is what I used to create .NET classes that work with Google Health: http://medbi.blogspot.com/2008/02/creating-c-bindings-for-ccr-and-ccd.html it has a link to a Microsoft hosted copy of the CCR schema. It has worked well for uploading test results to GH.
