Question for the group regarding how most sites have submitted Google
Health Services Applications.

Background
We are a startup company that has not officially turned our website on
live yet. We have staging and dev sites that we have been working with
H9 integration on and we are ready to submit our application. The
problem is that we do not want to push live for our application
process. We want to push live after our application has been approved.
This could be applicable even for sites that are already live but do
not want to promote the Google Service on there site until approved.

Question
How are any other sites handling this for the application process
because I need Google to test the site on our staging adress which is
publically accessible but not the actual URL/Address we will be using
once live?

Any feedback would be great. Thanks.
