Eye examination results usually manifest in a prescription (http:// opticalworld.wordpress.com/2007/01/25/how-to-read-an-eyeglass- prescription/) provided by the optician. Does the health information related to the eye go under Profile Details-->Test Results, if so what information from the above prescription should be added to the test results.
