I created a medication record, and then manually edited it several times. The continuity of care record date time exact date time is not updated after a manual edit. The API docs indicate it should be updated:
/ContinuityOfCareRecord/DateTime Syntax <DateTime> <ExactDateTime>...</ExactDateTime> </DateTime> Description When a date is sent out from Google, this date represents the date the document was last modified.
