Hi,

This restriction is to help ensure that users don't inadvertently enter
their personal health data into third-party applications. A web site that
wraps Health in an iframe could include input fields designed to mislead the
user into thinking they're entering their data in Health. Health should
work in a 1024x768 resolution browser without scrollbars. This is currently
the smallest window size that Health supports.
