Hi Ford and Iris, I wasn't aware that UserComments were supported by Health, so I'll need to check with rest of the team to investigate the issue. Were the UserComments somehow associated with notes in the Health interface? ProfileMetaData is in the Health profile feed schema, so should be support.
The team is aware that accessing user-entered notes is a commonly requested feature. If there is progress on this feature, I'll certainly post an update in the forums.
